    Listening

    Tell me what is going on and how this problem is affecting your life. On average, patients have been to 3-4 practitioners prior to coming in to see me. I want my clinic to be your last stop.

    Evaluation

    I will evaluate your condition with only necessary tests and measures to make a definitive diagnosis. You are already uncomfortable, so I am only going to gather the information necessary to identify the root of your problem.

    Planning

    Once a diagnosis is made, I will explain the different tools that can be individually combined to treat your condition. Together, we will develop a plan that will meet all your goals.

  • We take Blue Cross Blue Shield, Peak Health, PEIA, Medicare, Humana, The Health plan, Veterans plans.

  • Absolutely not! We cater to men, women, and children. Everyone has a pelvic floor and it’s important to take care of it!

  • A one hour appointment including conversation, a comprehensive physical examination, and development of a treatment plan to meet your needs.

  • Evaluation and return appointments are both one hour.

  • Wear something non-binding and comfortable. Athletic wear is suggested.

  • The frequency and duration of your treatment will be determined based on the results of your evaluation and requirements to achieve your goals.
